However, following a short period of euphoria you’re still exhausted from a lifetime of masking, overwhelmed by what this means for you, and every time you try to figure out who you really are underneath it all, you crash into burnout again.

I’m here to help you gently untangle the parts of your life that have been shaped by decades of trying to fit in, and create space to discover what you actually want your life to look and feel like – without the mask.

As someone diagnosed with as Autistic with ADHD in my 40s, I understand the unique challenges that come with late diagnosis. I know what it’s like to excel at conforming while losing yourself in the process.

My approach is naturally neuroaffirming because I’ve been where you are, and I know that the goal isn’t to fix you – it’s to help you reclaim yourself.

You’ve spent enough time trying to be who others wanted you to be. It’s time to discover who you want to be.

WHAT IS AuDHD LIFE COACHING

It’s hard to get across the purpose and benefits of what I do without using a load of ‘buzzwords’ and cliches. Words such as ‘transformational’ appear to be overly ambitious, but that really does sum up the power of being able to fully understand yourself and create a life that you want with all the important things around you.

Making sense of your Autism or AuDHD diagnosis

Understanding what being Autistic and/or AuDHD actually means for you, not what others have told you it should mean.

Unmasking safely

Identifying which parts of your personality and behaviors are authentically you, and which have been survival strategies you no longer need.

Designing your authentic life

Creating a vision for how you want to live, work, and connect with others that honours your neurotype instead of fighting against it.

Breaking the autistic burnout cycle

If you’re stuck in a pattern of recovery attempts followed by crashes, we’ll work on sustainable strategies that actually stick.

MY APPROACH TO LIFE COACHING

Whether you have a clear idea of the changes you want to make since your diagnosis/es, but need help creating a plan of action; know that things need to change but don’t know what; or have found yourself in complete burnout, as your life coach I will help you to:

  • Identify where you are now
  • Understand what is keeping you there
  • Explore where you want to be; and
  • Create a plan on how to get you closer to achieving the life you want

WHO I WORK WITH

*I have geared my coaching towards late diagnosed AuDHD women because that most accurately reflects my experience. However, I am very happy to work with anyone who relates to me and how I work because:

  • Non-autistic people comment on my refreshing and simple approach to life is, so it can be very suitable for other neurotypes
  • Not everyone can, wants or needs to explore being autistic or AuDHD and, in my opinion, a diagnosis is not necessary to be heard and supported

HOW DOES IT WORK

When I work with you, I will initially review and understand how things currently are for you and the areas you would like to improve or change. This will begin within your free discovery call where you will have answered a few questions in advance to get us started.

From here, we will either continue with some general coaching sessions to address your day-to-day life, or it may be more appropriate to move to one of the above forms of coaching, depending on your main goals.

I will ask lots of questions that will sometimes be difficult and thought-provoking, but I am compassionate and empathetic in my questioning to help you identify and understand the way you are feeling, and how you want to move forward in a way that works for you.

How many sessions will you need

This very much depends on you, where you’re currently at and how long you want to work with me.

With AuDHD coaching, it can take a good three months to to unravel where you’re currently at, process what you discover, and then put actionable plans in place to develop you into a relatively new person.

You can then continue to book as many sessions in advance as you like for as long as you like. You may have something very specific they would like to address initially and are happy to go away with a plan in place.

Or you may like (or need) longer term support and accountability for a whole range of things that you want to change in your life. This can become overwhelming at times, so having a weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly, session booked in with me will help to keep you on track.

Pricing

Your initial consultation is a free discovery call via Teams to help us decide if we will work well together.

You can then choose from one of the following options:

  • Comprehensive AuDHD Coaching package of £720 for the first 12 weeks
  • Phased AuDHD Coaching package at £240 for the first 4 weeks

Ongoing, sessions can be booked in blocks of 4 or 12 at £740 and £240 respectively, or singularly at £60 per session.

All payments are to be made for in full no later than 24 hours before each session (or before the first of your block of sessions).
