What is Jotform

JotForm* is an online form builder that lets you create custom forms for your business without any coding knowledge.

You can build contact forms, registration forms, order forms, surveys and payment forms using a drag-and-drop interface.

It also has an electronic signature section where you can create, share, and e-sign documents in minutes.

It offers hundreds of templates to get you started quickly, and you can customise forms with your branding, add conditional logic to show or hide fields based on responses, and automate processes with other tools you use.

All form submissions are stored securely, and you can receive notifications when someone completes a form.

How i use JotForm

Collecting Payments

Although my ultimate payment processing platform is Stripe, I can add a payment section directly within a form I create on JotForm*.

This isn’t an unusual feature, but it is something that is included within the free version of the software, unlike many alternatives.

Collecting Electronic Signatures

When a document needs signing, it is far more efficient to acquire these electronically rather than by printing, signing and scanning the document back in manually.

There are a lot of dedicated e-signing software out there, but JotForm* has 10 documents included within its free version, which is plenty for the occasional use.

Updating MailerLite

JotForm* has a lot of available integrations within its software and one that I use a lot is to update my MailerLite subscribers. Once set up, this automated process saves so much time manually entering the data and it saves me missing anyone.
