There are a lot of dedicated e-signing software out there, but JotForm* has 10 documents included within its free version, which is plenty for the occasional use.

JotForm* has a lot of available integrations within its software and one that I use a lot is to update my MailerLite subscribers. Once set up, this automated process saves so much time manually entering the data and it saves me missing anyone.
